There are some things you need to know before buying motor homes. Motor homes or motorized recreational vehicles (RVs) come in different classes. Two of those classes are usually confused with each other, those being class A and class C motor homes. Its essential to look at the physical appearance of the motor home in order to determine whether it is class A or class C. Class A motor homes resemble a bus design with a flat or vertical front end and large windows while hand class C motor homes have a truck cab with an over-cab bed, in some ways resembling a camper.

Considered to be top of the line, Class A motor homes measure at about 24 feet or 7.3 meters and can be as long as 40 feet or 12 meters. Their weight can range between 15,000 to 30,000 pounds or 6,804 to 13, 608 kg; the undercarriage may be custom or a 3 to 10 ton truck chassis. Class A motor homes come with each of the luxury amenities you can fathom like a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a tub, and sometimes a separate bedroom at the back depending o the floor plan of the truck. They also have heating and air conditioning, hot and cold running water, 100-125 volt electrical system, a dinette or living room area complete with couch and recliners, closets and an entertainment center. This is just the tip of the iceberg. In fact, some of these motor homes can be more elaborate than homes themselves.

Class A motor homes are usually utilized by famous bands especially when they are in tour. There are also some rich families that own Class A motor homes for vacation and travel. A Class A motor home is perfect for those who can afford its high cost. Most Class A motor homes have all leather interior, a wet bar, big screen TVs, an advanced sound system and other high technology that may not be available to lower income families.

Depending on the model and the floor plan a class A RV can accommodate up to 8 people. But all of this luxury comes at a price. New, lower-end models are sold at up to $50,000 US dollars while larger and much nicer class A RVs can even cost more than any house in many states coming in at about $300,000+. Class A RVs are really very expensive; in fact even used class A RV can still be sold for $30,000-$40,000. If you prefer luxury lines, you may start saving about $325,000 up to over $1 million if you prefer the crme de la crme of all RVs.

Last but not least are Class C motor homes. Class C motor homes can also come in very luxurious models or more economical ones depending on your budget. They are much lighter in weight, ranging only from 10,000 to 15,000 pounds and generally run from just under 20 to 44 feet in length. They are constructed on cutaway chassis depending on the model. The cab is usually similar to that of the truck with a bunk above plus a rear bedroom. Just like the class A, Class C motor homes have all the amenities of home including kitchen, bathroom, dinette, heating and air conditioning system, and an entertainment center for additional cost.

Dinettes are not always present in class C motor homes and if ever there is one included, it usually converts into a double bed. If a dinette is not present, two captain chairs are available instead. Sometimes, the motor homes contain a couch and chairs instead of captain chairs. The couch may also be turned into a sleeper couch.

Because of the overcab bed, a Class C motor home can sleep more than a comparable Class A motor home, accommodating up to 10 people are accommodated. The cost of class C motor homes ranges from $50,000 to $170,000.

The common features of Class A and Class C motor homes are their slide-out wherein with a simple touch of a button the wall of the living room expands outwards to extend the living space by several inches.

Another type of motor home is the Class B which is usually referred to as van conversion. Class B motor homes look like pop-top camper vans and are self contained but cramped compared to their big motor home counterparts. The advantage of purchasing a Class B motor home is in terms of handling and size that is if you dont want spacious motor home. They are usually promoted as a place to sleep more than what is deemed comfortable by most people. The class B motor home can also be used as a second car. Its price ranges from $38,000 to $75,000.

Motor homes are great for camping, road trips, or just simply living in style. If you are interested in purchasing a motor home, it is definitely wise to take time to do some comparison shopping and research as these motor homes can prove to be very expensive.

help but laugh at the many quirky things
you see around and within you.

A finely-tuned respect for the ridiculous
keeps us from taking ourselves too
seriously even when we're facing
difficult challenges. It is possible to
see our circumstances--even dire
ones--clearly and at the same time
remain light and full of humor.

In our culture, we tend to believe that
those who are cheerful just don't get it.
We think that if you really understand
the state of the world and the gravity
of the challenges we face as humans,
you must hunch from the weight of
this burden and grimace in the face
of such despair.

Wrong.

We need lightness and humor MOST
when we are dealing with severely
difficult and seemingly hopeless
situations. In fact, those who have
been through the most excruciating
ordeals are often the ones with
the most profound sense of levity.

Need an example? Take the Dalai
Lama.

Wisdom, knowledge and spiritual
fortitude sometimes come in light
packages. One of the reasons His
Holiness has captured our hearts is
that he is able to smile and joke
despite circumstances that would
fill most of us with rage.

Happy gurus rock. There is
tremendous power in lighthearted
determination. We need to be
reminded that lightness and depth
go hand in hand, and that it's possible--
no, essential-- to have fun while
following our own personal path to
a positive perspective.

Here's a tip: don't trust any teacher
who has no laugh lines. Don't follow
the teachings of anyone who espouses
an approach requiring severity. Don't
get caught in thinking that contemplation

requires scowling.

And most of all, remember that
laughter gives your brain a welcome
blast of oxygen.

Take a look at those you admire.
Pay attention to their perspective.
Is it ultimately positive, even if
they are tackling important work
or facing insurmountable obstacles?

The greatest step you can take
toward your own development as
a fully-engaged human is to look
for the laughter. Find those who
inspire you with their integrity and
dedication--and seek out the ones
among them who laugh the most.

I've also noticed some new vertical
lines above my upper lip. I like to
think it's from all the kissing I do
here in Latin America.

This merry mindfulness path might
make wrinkles, but as long as they
are the result of increased joy, I'll
keep celebrating every time I look
in the mirror.

Increasingly our work with our key clients is shining a spotlight on the importance of knowing our Values in lives work and careers.

So what are values? Where do they come from and how do they impact on behaviours and results?

First of all, our values exist at a subconscious level, so we often dont even realize we have a certain value until asked directly about it or until an event or behaviour challenges a core value.

For example I have a core personal value around honesty and integrity... Some years ago I worked in a junior management position for a national company. I became increasingly stressed, to the extent that at one point I was physically ill. Eventually I resigned. A number of years later when exposed to the concept of core values I reviewed my stressed experience and realized that my immediate manager had a completely different value set to me. He demonstrated these values through his behaviours. (My relative youth, ambition and aggressive certainty and belief in black and white probably exacerbated his behaviours.)

Each time I feel stressed, and I examine the events in my life with my coach, to date every time there has been a challenge to my values.

So core values are unconscious, but powerful enough to cause illness, stress and resignation. I have since discovered through coaching others and through my research that my reactions and responses to having my values trampled on were entirely normal.

Values generally come from lessons learnt and examples provided at an early age from key role models and influencers. We unconsciously model ourselves on those who had the strongest influence. I note that many of the values I live and espouse as an adult were those I gained from my father.

Because values are a part of our deep structure and remain unconscious, they impact on our behaviours in ways that are not always easily or logically explained. E.g. Illness and stress.

Countries have gone to war for their values. Couples have divorced, and Business partnerships have split.

When you are feeling stressed it may be useful to have a values centered reflection on the current events in your life.

So how to uncover values? Often when we simply ask someone directly to list their values they will give fairly predictable middle of the road answers.

However, when we really listen to what others are saying including what they dont stay, we can ask pointed values based questions...

Another way is the to listen to the throwaway unconscious comments and unconscious behaviours demonstrated by others, their values are easy to identify. Unfortunately this can be a much slower process.

For example a person who drives without a valid drivers licence is unlike to have a value around honesty or integrity. Similarly a staff member who helps himself to the companys property in small way e.g. stationery, will likely carry the same honesty and trust value to larger and more valuable situations

Organisational values are built over time and are generally developed and communicated in a top down approach.

The deep unconscious nature of personal values is such that we are unlikely to discover them during a recruitment interview. So new staff may not have personal values which support or are aligned with the organisations. This can (and does) lead to behaviour and morale issues especially when new staff are in management /leadership positions. One organisation which has a high value of respect for others, suffered a localized bullying and harassment issue when inductions stopped being run by Head Office. Interventions then focus both on behaviours and also on the core values being espoused.

So far I have covered situation when values have been challenged. On the positive side, often when we bring values to the surface; situations, past behaviours and choices become clear and decision making becomes simple (but not easy).

E.g. a man being encouraged by his friends to end a relationship because his partner did not fit in reviewed his core values and committed to a loving relationship with his special lady he doesnt see much of his friends any more.

Knowing your core values gives you immense freedom of choice. You are no longer bound by unknown stressors. Living your values creates a sense of ease in decision making.

At an organisation level when the organisations values are espoused during the recruitment stage, candidates can decide to opt out (or in). The self selection process then makes aligning staff and organisational values much simpler. When values are promoted during inductions and the leadership behaviour clearly demonstrates walking the talk, the problems I have previously described are rare. (Always supposing that ethics, integrity, and respect for others are including in the organisations values).

A coach can assist you at an individual level to go through the process of eliciting your values and facilitate you to make key decisions based on these. This simple - but in depth - process takes a few hours of private one-one coaching time.

In addition to the cost of the mortgage itself, you will have to pay taxes, insurance and other expenses as well. These costs should be included in your monthly expenses.

Apply Directly Or Via A Broker?

When you begin looking for a mortgage you will encounter two types of lenders; mortgage brokers and direct lenders. The direct lenders are the people who have the money to lend you. They are ultimately the individuals who decide if you will be approved for a home. The mortgage broker acts as a middleman, going out and finding direct lenders who can give you the best deal.

While the lenders may have a limited number of loans available, a mortgage broker will often have access to multiple lenders simultaneously. If you are looking for a specific type of mortgage, a mortgage broker may be better to use than a direct lender. However, a mortgage broker will charge you for their services, and this could be a certain percentage of the mortgage loan you end up with. With the rise of the internet, online mortgage brokers can help you save money.

Get The Paper Work In Order

Once you have found a loan through a direct lender or mortgage broker the next step is to fill out an application. There are a number of things you will need to fill out on the application and it will help if you have some supporting documents. You will need to provide information about your income, length of employment, and your assets. They will also want to know what other loans or credit cards you have.

Once this information has been provided, the lender will look at your credit report. In addition to this, they will want to see your bank statements and check stubs from your job. You may also need to show them tax information and data about your insurance. If your credit is good, an appraiser will be hired to make sure the house is valued at the loan amount that will be given to you.

Once you have the parts, you can find instructions for putting it together in one of the many books or websites available online.

But, if the do-it-yourself route is not your style, you can purchase bamboo fly rods online. There are models that range from a simple pole with a hook on the end for as little as five dollars-and there are deluxe models with all of the bells and whistles that can run several hundred dollars.

Some people might want to take an old rod and refinish it. While this can be a fun and rewarding activity, it may cost more to restore some rods than they are worth especially if they are cracked.

Caring For Your Fly Rod

Caring for bamboo fly rods takes time and precision. If they are not cared for properly they will quickly decay and rot. Clean and dry the wood after each use and use furniture polish occasionally. The ferrules should also be kept free of debris and can be cleaned with denatured alcohol, Vaseline, or lighter fluid. The cork grips can be cleaned with toothpaste and a soft brush or dish soap or a cleaner that has bleach in it. Be careful not to remove any small pieces of cork. As the cork begins to get old it should be replaced.

Most real estate agents use a standard format for making their flyers. They list features, amenities, price, and contact information (usually with a big photo of themselves). But buyers don't care how beautiful your agent is! They want to know why your home is better than every other house in the neighborhood.

The one sales technique that most real estate agents fail to use effectively when they make flyers is listing BENEFITS. Like the sales letters you see on websites, a powerful selling flyer will concentrate on a homes benefits to the buyer.

Heres a sampling of possible benefits:

1. Enjoy your private park-like garden
2. Get the space you need to spread out
3. Live in a romantic hideaway
4. Sleep without traffic noise
5. Walk to schools, parks, and shopping
6. Seller will help pay your closing costs
7. Buy with no money down
8. Move in without having to paint or fix a thing
9. Swim in your own private lagoon
10. Enjoy your own personal luxury spa

Do you see the pattern? Each of the above examples features an action verb, followed by a benefit.

Don't underestimate the power of a strong sales flyer. Creating sizzling sales flyers that concentrate on benefits to the buyer will go a long way toward selling your home quickly, and for more money.
