Qatar, host of the 15th Asian held on Dec. 1-15, is progressively getting dressed up for the sporting event.

Qatar was preparing the Games for the last two years. All infrastructures are now ready for the games. Besides roads are being widened, some buildings are also getting redesigned or renovated, while some are demolished to make room for new ones. The Qataris want to prepare the perfect games. On Oct. 8th. The Asian Games Committee launch the start of the Doha Asian Games Torch Relay procession at the Doha Golf Club. The torch will travel through fifteen countries, covering a distance of 55,000 kilometres, or about 30,000 miles, in 55 days, a record for the longest ever Asian Games Torch Relay procession in the Asian games history. The torch will make stops in India, Korea, the Philippines, Japan, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Iran, Oman, the UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain. The torch will be carried by around 3,500 torch-bearers and will finally culminate its journey when it enters the state-of-the-art Khalifa Stadium on Dec. 1, 2006.

In fact Qatar, with a budget of $2.8 billion, has been heavily preparing the Asian Games because the Qatar Olympic association is eyeing another event: the 2016 Olympics. Therefore the Asian games' failure or success may determine their chance to host the Olympics. For a long time Qatari leaders have been focusing on making Qatar the sports capital of the Middle East. The bottom line of the Qatari leaders has been that with the hosting of the games Qatar will be able to bring in tourists which they prefer to call "sports tourism". Qatar is hoping for an increase of tourism starting in 2009, the same time as when the new Doha airport would be ready.

Qatar also planned to make best use of the sports infrastructure which is being constructed for the games. For instance the eleven new state-of-the-art stadiums would be utilized throughout the year for the football league. In addition, the athlete village built at a cost of $450 million would be handed over to Hamad hospital and would provide for lodging and other facilities for the nurses and guests at the hospital. The Qatari leaders also want to turn Hamad hospital into the leading health care centre in the region.

Creating sexual attraction in a woman is an either/ or kind of attraction.

Either she is sexually attracted to you or she is not.

It isn't something that you can gradually create or build and one day finally get over the top.

In other words, if she isn't sexually attracted to you today she isn't going to suddenly be sexually attracted tomorrow

Now, what can happen and happens quite often is you can create enough attraction in her in other ways and have her give you sex in order to maintain these other attractions with you.

This only works on women who are actually looking for those other things, namely a relationship and money.

If all you want is a woman to look at and show off then by all means don't push the whole sex issue.

A tenth wedding anniversary is a special milestone for all couples. However, if you decide to go out for your anniversary, do it with style. Choose a fancy restaurant which hold a special memory. Perhaps you can revisit the location of your first date, or the place you proposed ten years ago! It'll warm any woman's heart. Revisiting the past can bring up sentimental feelings you haven't felt for a long time. Even if you're relationship is perfectly healthy, an anniversary is a wonderful time to rekindle your love.

Perhaps you'll throw a party, or book a vacation for two somewhere exotic. You can't go wrong there! These occasion only come once in a lifetime. If you choose to have a party for your tenth anniversary, make a list of everyone you want to invite! Call everyone before hand and confirm their addresses. Youdon't want your invitations to get returned, do you? Once you have an updated list of addresses, you can purchase invitations for your guests.

The type of invitations you choose shouldn't be very difficult. You can purchase invitations at a gift shop, or you can order them from a printer. Many couples order their invitations from a printer, as they're completely customized with a RSVP return card. Nevertheless, if you choose store bought invitations, you should always put RSVP information on your invites.

Many couples choose to open a gift registry for their anniversary party. If you decide to do this, mail that information with your invitation. Dont worry, it's not really presumptuous. It'll actually give your guests a better idea of what you may like to receive as a gift. It saves them a worrisome hassle and it keeps you from receiving duplicate gifts.

It's a good idea to purchase photo frame and decorations. Use the photo frames for pictures of you and your spouse throughout the years. Your guests will get tickled by the cute images. In addition, you'll want to make the atmosphere seem like a "party place." Hang streamers and banners from the ceiling. Put floral centerpieces and confetti on the tables. It'll really liven your evening up. Don't forget music! Hire a DJ or a band to entertain your guests.

The coveted cup. The Stanley Cup is the prize that NHL hockey teams strive to receive at the end of a hockey season.

The history of the Stanley Cup, the most coveted award sought after by the NHL hockey teams dates back to 1892. Lord Stanley, the then Governor General of Canada proclaimed that he thought that a challenge cup should be held from year to year by the champion hockey team in the Dominion.

At that time, there was no cup. Subsequently, Lord Stanley purchased a silver cup that was 7 inches high by 11 inches wide for the price of approximately $50.00. Lord Stanley appointed two trustees of the cup, Philip D. Ross and Sheriff John Sweetland from Ottawa and also set forth conditions to administer the yearly competition.

The champions had to return to cup to the trustees in order that it be handed over to another team which may win it. Each champion team was to have their hockey team name and year engraved on a silver ring fitted on the cup. The cup was never to be the property of a team but to remain a challenge competition.

If the existing trustees resigned this post, new trustees would be named in their place. Unfortunately, Lord Stanley never saw a hockey playoff game nor did he present his cup to a winning team. Lord Stanley had elected to return to his home in England. However, the pursuit of winning the Stanley Cup has flourished over the years and has become a world class sporting competition.

Go ahead and shake your new best friends hand, for you have just met, the mighty PC muscle. Praise the PC muscle, for it is a front line soldier in the battle for ejaculation control.

Targeting the PC muscle specifically, does take a little time and you shouldn't proceed on until you've officially "shaken hands" as I like to say. As soon as your confident you've pinpointed it, then you can move on to ejaculation control exercises.

The great thing about the PC muscle is that you can work it by itself. That is, you can work the PC hands free! And you can do it privately. Without anyone knowing, you can do a full on ejaculation control workout in public.

What you want to start out doing is simple ejaculation control static holds. While squeezing or contracting upwards, attempt to simply hold the PC muscle in place in that contracted position. It may be very difficult at first, you may barely be able to bang out a static hold of one second. But keep with it, and shoot for 2 seconds, then 3, and so forth.

Once we become more efficient with ejaculation control holds, we'll want to move on to ejaculation control repetitions, eventually shooting for a continual session consisting of several repetitions, with each one having at least a few seconds of static holds to them. Combining both reps and holds will give us a well rounded and effective ejaculation control workout.

Ejaculation control can actually be a fairly easy endeavor to achieve. The difficult part is identifying and becoming familiar and comfortable with the PC muscle. From that point forth it is just a matter of having a proper workout plan and putting in the time for training.

For instance, you and your team have to play in the championship hockey game in front of a large group of people in the next few days. Before the big day comes, imagine yourself playing the game in your mind. Imagine that your playing in front of a large audience. By playing the game in your mind, you will be better prepared to perform for real when the time comes. Self Visualization is a great way to reduce the fear and stress of a coming situation.

When facing a current or upcoming task that overwhelms you with a lot of anxiety, divide the task into a series of smaller steps and then complete each of the smaller tasks one at a time. Completing these smaller tasks will make the stress more manageable and increases your chances of success.

As a layman, I realize it is not easy to overcome our phobias. Remember that sometimes our worrying and fears can make the problem even worse. Take things in stride and try not focus too much on the problem. In time, you will find the ways to overcome your phobia. If you have trouble, talk to a professional who can give you additional insights on your situation.

How did those two-time losers USC and Michigan get ahead of Boise State in the final football pole? The top 3 should have been Florida, Boise State, and LSU. And wasn't it Auburn that put Florida to sleep during the season. So it was early in the season. So what? It was in the season.

My top five is now official: Florida, Boise State, LSU, Auburn, and USC.

Oh, what the heck. Unbeaten Boise State is first. My top 5 is now more official: Boise State, Florida, LSU, Auburn, and USC.

Darn! I left Oklahoma out. It's Boise State, Florida, LSU, Oklahoma, Auburn, and USC. Sorry USC. I still love you.

I just knew the game for the national football championship would be a dud. It often is. Ohio State had laid off so long it looked like they had never played the game. And Florida looked so fresh and full of spunk. God Bless Em'.

And I also felt that the Rose Bowl game would be a downer too. It was. USC came to play and Michigan was just glad to be in the California sun.

Unsurprising to me, a self-made football expert (I'm just kidding. This is Taylor Jones, the hack writer) the other bowl games were terrific, the best I've seen.

And of course, the most exciting was to see that great Oklahoma team, that can beat anybody on a given day, fight for their life in the Fiesta Bowl against spunky and an unbeaten (Ra Ra Hooray!) Boise State University team (an hour-and-a-half or so up the road who has a horrible blue football field).

Wouldn't it have been great to have Boise State play LSU (who could beat the Green Bay Packers) and Florida play Ohio State and then the winners play each other for the national championship?

Darn! I left Oklahoma out again. We have to add two more games requiring each winning team to play twice.

Okay, I've thought his out.

Here is the schedule we should have had:

Oklahoma against Boise State

Auburn against LSU

USC against Michigan

Florida against Ohio State

Boise State would have then played LSU. USC would have played Florida.

Finally, Boise State or LSU would have played Florida for the national championship.

I'm glad we worked that out.

But could it have been even more EXCITING here in Idaho where everyone has GONE CRAZY?

I think Boise has victory parades scheduled up through August.
