Imagine if you will, coming home after work to find your lover in a cop costume, you are under arrest, and the hand cuffs go click. Of course you will need to beg for your release. The officer may be kind, may not. But you are at the absolute mercy of the officer.

Every year in October we get the chance to throw on a costume and enter a fantasy world. We get to pretend to be someone, or something else, other than what we are. This is a lot of fun. Many of us will get to partake of a fantasy world, and, if our costumes are good enough, we get attention from our fellow fantasy frolicers.

We all have fond childhood memories of dressing up and going trick or treating. Especially as a teen ager when I felt i had outgrown the trick or treating and graduated to prank player. Costumes were still a big part of that. Dawning a mask and being able to run a muck scaring younger kids, and girls. Being able to commit my socially degrading acts in complete anonymity was exhilarating. And now, as an adult, we go to Halloween parties or bar room costume contest. I particularly like the sexy costumes. All the girls wearing skimpy seductive costumes. Man oh man, it doesn't just turn my head it gives me whiplash. The point I am trying to make is that dressing up in a costume and being something other than who we are is a lot of fun. So, why do we only do it on Halloween?

We can have fun dressing up and role playing year round. Maybe not in public, unless you are part of a swingers club, or one of those striper gram services. If I was a part of a swingers club, I think a costume night would be very exciting. That's another whole subject. I'm referring more to the one on one encounters we have with a significant other.

Maybe you come home and find your lady has transformed into a sexy senorita. Sorry, no speak english. Or maybe a beautiful geisha girl, a cute school girl, a raunchy honky tonk gal, the possibilities or endless. The fact is, it will add a whole new exciting dimension to your love making. Like making love to someone new every time.

You and your lover can explore a fantasy world limited only by your imaginations. The role playing alone can be a healthy avenue to live out your fantasies, and costumes are a vessel to achieve just that. So, take advantage of this Halloween holiday, and role play. Perhaps we should discuss some theory of exploitation of another mans defense system. The best way to exploit a defense system is to find a whole or weakness. Since the United States knows all our own weaknesses we should find a way to shore up the most critical, yet realize that we do not have to shore up everyone provided we have a contingency or back-up plan in case of attack. Think of a football team with a safety, if the opponent breaks thru the first two lines of defense then your safety picks them up and takes them out.

If the International Terrorists were to believe that there are ten ways to move people, freight and goods, then the disruption of the system(s) of any one, two or three makes no difference. So once the system is up and running and it is known to be redundant to such a large degree, then the game is over, we win, since no one would attack knowing our will could be compromised, as the system can repair itself just like the human body. If they take out two refineries, we have 1000 more. If they take out power lines, we re-route. If they take out rail lines at a choke point we ship by truck; if they take out a freeway, we re-route immediately. Thus all such targets would be silly. They would not affect our civilization, merely provide more work for Americans to rebuild stronger, thus we are unaffected. We win in advance as they know it is no use at all.

Self-healing distribution channels for power, water, waste, transportation, information, etc are all in place. So by building our civilization strong we also protect our selves from Natural Disaster disruptions as well. No International Terrorist of act of God can defeat us, that seems to be the answer. No weakness without back up. We can beat them if they try or we have already beat them if they don't then onto the next sector to protect. Protecting the Nation becomes a process of elimination of any and all weakness.

Think of it like this. There is no good or evil, as it all just is. But the closest thing to evil is mediocrity, in difference and weakness. If your remove them from your systems, you do not have to worry about being attacked, because if you are you are strong enough to instantly re-group, get a little pissed off and rage holly hell on your opponent. It is merely a decision of our nation to be in it to win it and not let anything stand between us and goal-line without being totally obliterated. Again without malice or anger, as it is only about one thing; Winning and that means the Protection of the American People and our civilization.

Couples in a relationship know each other than anyone else as they are the ones who stay together and share their inner most secrets, favorite, likes and dislikes. They are aware of the good qualities as well as the flaws of their individual partners. No one can understand a person better than his or her life partner. However, at times couples despite of knowing each other so well come in conflict with each other. The partner only sees the negative part of his spouse during the quarrel and forgets the positive aspect of his mate. Each and every couple should keep in mind that nobody is perfect therefore it is necessary to accept people as they are. And it is more important to remember the positive qualities of the individual partner. It is better for couples to write a journal on their mates so that they after having a look at the journal about their lover feel good about partner and forget the conflict and tolerate each other. Write on every aspect of your partner. What are the things he is efficient in doing, what are the qualities you like about him or what is so sweet and special about him. Then you could also write as to what are the things she likes or dislikes. What makes her angry and what is it that makes him or her happy?

The journal reminds you of the happy times spent together. Whenever you are feeling low and find the love to be fading out of your relationship then open the magazine written by you about the good times spent together and feel back the lost love. Remember the special time spent together and make your relationship livelier. You will fall in love again with the same vigor and vitality. Just read those characteristics written by your own hands. It makes you happy and makes you realize that the love is still there. The journal, your own creation takes you to the best time of your life and makes you feel fresh.

When your lover is too busy and does not have time for you do not sulk and feel low but look at those mementos remember the happy times spend together. You feel the presence of your mate and realize that he loves you; its just the work thats keeping your partner away from you and nothing else. Many times when our partner is not with us because of some genuine problem at times we go too far to think in the negative. Do not assume in the negative. Only a look at it will fill you with positive feelings and always remind you of the love between you and your partner.

It is vital to know and acknowledge what your partner is passionate about. What are the things your mate would like to do and be pleased to please him or her? Take interest in your spouses favorite pastime and give him or her company to show that you love him/her. Encourage him and take interest in the things your partner loves doing. It does not have to be a matter of give and take. Either of the partners can show love in such a way no matter if the other does not. And the answer is simply because, if you love a person, you love unconditionally.

Why would one want to experience challenge in their life? What does challenge do for oneself? Does a challenge empower or dis-empower oneself? Can we say that it is up to us how we perceive these questions? Can we say that one may think of a challenge as hardship, while another may think of a challenge as a growth experience? Can we say that we are in charge as to how we take on these words, such a challenge? How do we want to redefine this word? Or do we?

Let us do an experiment Right Now. As you are sitting and reading this Insight pay close attention to your posture. If you are sitting up straight fantastic and if you are not please allow yourself to sit in a upright position with your back straight. Good. Very Good. Thank you.

Now, please take a deep cleansing breath and release. Pay attention to yourself as you announce the word Challenge to yourself. Wait a few seconds. Now check to notice what has happened with your posture.
